We had another wonderful Monday getting to know our new children.

They settled in beautifully, and started to make friends instantly.

The children who had already started did a brilliant job of showing the new starters what to do and where to go, we are so proud of them all.

Today we had a wonderful day, getting to know the first half of the reception children.

They were all amazing – settled very quickly and even made some new friends.

We would like to thank all the parents and carers – you have clearly prepared the children very well for starting school.

Hello and welcome to our Reception class blog!

We hope you have all had a lovely summer and are excited and ready for your child to start with us at Elm Park Primary. We cannot wait to get started!

We have had a lovely time so far being able to visit everybody at home. The reception team have been working hard to prepare all of our lovely provisions. Here are some photos of our classrooms and outside areas:
